Match the order to how your shop sells
Sealed booster products, gift boxes, singles and accessories serve different customer missions. Build the request around the formats your shop displays, opens, sells online or uses for events instead of treating every option as the same sales unit.
The full catalog remains available for mixed orders. Category and edition filters help you build an assortment around the products your own customers actually request.
- Sealed products for repeat purchases
- Gift boxes for display and seasonal demand
- Singles or mystery formats for specialist buyers
- Albums, sleeves and accessories for add-on sales
Quote exact options, not only product names
One listing can include different languages, volumes, pack counts, boxes or accessories. Add the exact SKU or option ID and quantity so stock and pricing can be checked without guessing from the title.
When a product option is unclear, request current photos of the packaging, label and seal before payment. Keep the final quote beside the original quote list so changes remain visible.
Plan landed cost before setting retail prices
Compare the confirmed product value and international freight separately. Add any import duty, tax, brokerage and local delivery cost that applies to your destination before deciding a resale price.
A product with a lower unit price may use more shipping volume, while a compact high-value item may carry a different risk and margin profile. Use the packed shipment, not product price alone, for the comparison.
Create a repeatable reorder routine
Record which exact options sell, the quantity sold and the time between receiving stock and needing a reorder. Send the same references when requesting an updated price or availability check.
For new releases or limited availability, confirm whether the quotation is for stock on hand or a future allocation. Do not promise your customers an arrival date until the written shipping arrangement is confirmed.
- SKU or option ID used in the previous order
- Quantity sold and remaining stock
- Requested reorder quantity
- Destination and required delivery timing
Catalog details identify the requested products, SKUs and option IDs. Current stock, MOQ, final prices, freight and preparation time are confirmed during quotation before payment.
