Buyer FAQ
The details B2B buyers usually need first.
These answers explain how the catalog and quotation process work. Product-specific terms are confirmed in writing before payment.
Are the prices final wholesale prices?
No. The displayed USD prices are copied from current online listings as references. Final pricing depends on the selected SKU, quantity, availability and order mix.
What is the MOQ?
MOQ varies by product and SKU. Add the products and estimated quantities to your quote list; the available MOQ is confirmed before you place an order.
Can I mix different products?
Yes. The quote list is designed for mixed enquiries. Add several products, enter estimated quantities and send the complete list in one message.
Is stock shown in real time?
No. Card products can sell or change quickly. Current availability is checked when you request a quotation.
Do you ship worldwide?
International shipping can be quoted for many destinations. Available methods, freight and estimated transit time depend on the destination, weight and order contents.
How do I pay?
The available payment method and payment details are confirmed on the final quotation or order document. Do not send payment until the product list, quantities and shipping details are confirmed.
Can I request current product or packing photos?
Yes. Ask for current photos or packing details during the quotation process when they are important to your purchase decision.
What happens if a product becomes unavailable?
We will tell you before payment and can discuss a replacement, a quantity change or removing that item from the quotation.
