Add the exact option, not only the product
One product page may offer several volumes, pack counts, boxes, cards or accessories. Select the exact option and enter the quantity in that option’s unit before adding another product.
When no seller SKU is available, use the option ID shown by the catalog together with the option description and image. This keeps the request identifiable without inventing a seller SKU.
- Product name and link
- SKU or catalog option ID
- Option description
- Quantity in the listed unit
Keep categories separate inside one enquiry
Booster products, gift boxes, singles and accessories can remain in one quote list, but each line should keep its own unit and quantity. Do not combine unlike products into one unlabelled piece count.
Add notes only where a product needs a current photo, packaging check, substitute rule or timing constraint. General order information such as destination and shipping preference belongs at the enquiry level.
Let the complete order drive the freight quote
Send the full product mix and destination together. The packed weight and volume—not the number of product links—determine which shipping methods can be compared for the order.
Product value and international freight are confirmed separately. Duties, taxes and local clearance requirements remain destination-specific unless the quote expressly includes them.
Reconcile every revision before payment
If stock or quantities change, update the original list rather than discussing a disconnected replacement. Ask for a revised quote showing the final product rows, freight and total.
Before payment, confirm the beneficiary, currency, quantities, destination and shipping arrangement. Keep the final version with the payment and shipment records so the received order can be checked against it.
- Remove superseded product rows
- Write every accepted substitution explicitly
- Recalculate product and freight totals
- Save the final accepted version
Catalog details identify the requested products, SKUs and option IDs. Current stock, MOQ, final prices, freight and preparation time are confirmed during quotation before payment.
