Choose the exact opening format
State whether the live sale uses individual packs, sealed boxes, bundles, gift sets or another listed option. Similar artwork can appear on different languages and pack configurations, so the product link alone may not identify the sales unit.
Add the exact SKU or option ID to the quote list and enter quantity in that same unit. If you intend to show sealed condition on camera, include that requirement in the enquiry.
- Language and market edition
- Exact set, volume and listed option
- Unit: pack, box, set or case
- Quantity in the selected unit
Request the visual checks your audience expects
Catalog photos identify products, but a time-sensitive live sale may need current evidence. Ask for the exact views you need, such as the front, back, seal, label, corners or outer shipping carton.
Do not use a different option’s photo as evidence for the requested product. Match current photos and the quote to the same SKU or option ID before advertising the break.
Build the schedule around confirmed preparation and freight
Share the destination and target timing in the first enquiry. The seller can then compare available express, air, sea or forwarder-delivery arrangements for the complete product mix.
Preparation and carrier estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Leave enough time to receive, inspect and count the shipment before promoting a fixed live-sale date.
Keep repeat orders identifiable
Save the confirmed product references and quantities from successful live sales. Reordering by the same SKU or option is more reliable than sending a screenshot or character name from a previous stream.
For the next quote, include what sold, the replacement quantity and any change in destination or shipping method. Availability and unit prices must be confirmed again before payment.
Catalog details identify the requested products, SKUs and option IDs. Current stock, MOQ, final prices, freight and preparation time are confirmed during quotation before payment.
