How information is used on this site.
This page explains the information involved when you browse the catalog, create a quote list or contact us.
Quote list and buyer details
Products, quantities, buyer details (including any email or WhatsApp number you enter) and basic enquiry-source information are stored in your browser on your device while you prepare the request. They are sent to us only when you submit the website form or choose to send the request through WhatsApp or email.
Wholesale enquiries
When you contact us, you may provide your name, company or store name, contact details, destination and product requirements. This information is used to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and communicate about a possible order. Website submissions are stored in a restricted owner dashboard with the requested products and basic source information. We keep enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for quotations, follow-up, business records and dispute handling, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations.
Optional wholesale updates
If you select the optional updates box, we may use the contact details you supplied to send occasional availability or new-release information. The box is not selected by default. You can ask us to stop these messages at any time.
First-party site measurement
This site records page views and actions such as adding a product to the quote list or opening a WhatsApp or email enquiry. These records may include the page, product reference, referring website hostname, landing-page path and campaign labels. From October 25, 2026, we also save a coarse country or region code supplied by Cloudflare with these events and submitted enquiries. This network estimate can be affected by proxies and is not a shipping address or verified physical location. Historical locations are not inferred. We do not store your name, contact details, IP address, browser fingerprint or a persistent visitor ID in these analytics events. A random, short-lived session reference is held in session storage, renewed after 30 minutes without tracked activity, and sent with events to distinguish sessions rather than people. It is also saved with a submitted enquiry and may be included in a prefilled WhatsApp or email message, allowing us to understand which visit led to a request. Full referring URLs and full landing-page query strings are not stored. A first-party internal-test exclusion cookie may last 30 days; it is not used for advertising. Known automated and internal-test activity is separately marked. Event records are retained for up to 12 months. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.
Service providers
WhatsApp and your email provider process messages according to their own privacy policies. Website hosting providers may process technical data needed to deliver and protect the site.
Your choices
You can clear the quote list by removing its products or by clearing this site’s browser storage. Session attribution is cleared when the browser session ends. You may contact us to ask about, correct or request deletion of information supplied in a wholesale enquiry, subject to records we must keep for legal or transaction purposes.
