Pokémon Card Wholesale for Distributors: Order Control Guide

A distributor needs a repeatable way to turn many customer requests into one controlled purchase order. Exact product references, sales units and written changes matter more as the number of products and downstream buyers grows.

01

Create one controlled product list

Use one row for each exact SKU or option ID and keep the requested quantity in the sales unit shown on the product page. A product title alone is not enough when one listing contains packs, boxes, gift sets or several language editions.

The full catalog can be included in a mixed order. Category and edition filters help complete the assortment required by your own customers without assuming the same products suit every buyer.

  • Product link and exact SKU or option ID
  • Language and market edition
  • Sales unit: pack, box, set, case or single
  • Requested quantity in that unit
02

Separate confirmed facts from open items

Mark whether each row is confirmed, awaiting a stock check, awaiting a current photo or proposed as a substitute. Do not let an unconfirmed replacement silently enter the final order.

If labels, seals, packaging condition or carton markings matter to a downstream buyer, describe the required view and match the resulting photo to the same product reference.

03

Compare product value and logistics separately

Request the confirmed product value separately from international freight. Freight depends on the packed order, destination and service, while duties, taxes, brokerage and local delivery depend on the destination market.

When the product mix changes, ask for the product total and freight to be recalculated from the revised list. A unit-price comparison made before the final packing plan is not a complete landed-cost comparison.

04

Keep a clean record for repeat orders

Save the final product references, quantities, quotation and agreed changes beside the receiving record. Use the same references when asking for a reorder instead of rebuilding the request from screenshots or character names.

Stock, MOQ, product price and shipping arrangements still need to be reconfirmed for each order. A previous purchase proves what was supplied before; it does not guarantee current availability or commercial terms.

  • Final accepted product list
  • Written substitutions or removals
  • Payment and shipment references
  • Receiving differences to resolve before reordering

Catalog details identify the requested products, SKUs and option IDs. Current stock, MOQ, final prices, freight and preparation time are confirmed during quotation before payment.
