Buying Pokémon Cards Wholesale from China: Quote Checklist

A strong wholesale enquiry is specific enough for the seller to check the right products and for the buyer to verify the final quotation. Use this checklist when sourcing sealed card products, gift boxes, singles or accessories from China.

01

Describe the products without ambiguity

Include the exact product link or SKU, language, edition, package format and requested quantity. Character names and set nicknames are useful context, but they should not replace the SKU when several options appear under one listing.

For single cards, specify the exact card or option shown on the product page. For sealed products, specify whether you need individual packs, boxes, cases or gift sets.

02

Give the information needed for freight

International freight cannot be estimated well without the destination and order contents. Include the destination country or region in the first message and say whether you have a preferred courier, air-freight route, sea-freight route or your own forwarder.

The available method depends on the destination, weight, volume and product mix. Ask for the shipping service, freight amount and available tracking information to be written into the final quotation.

  • Destination country or region
  • Full product mix and quantities
  • Preferred shipping method, if any
  • Any deadline that affects the choice of service
03

Check price, stock and timing together

A low product price is not a complete comparison. Confirm the currency, final unit price, MOQ, current availability, freight, fees and preparation estimate for the same product list.

If a product becomes unavailable before payment, agree in writing whether it will be replaced, reduced or removed. Recheck the order total after any change.

04

Request the evidence your business needs

If packaging condition, labels, seals or packing method matter to your customers, ask for current photos during quotation. State what you need to see instead of requesting “more photos” without detail.

Keep the final quotation, payment record and shipment information together. Do not send payment until the beneficiary, product list, quantities, shipping arrangement and total match the written agreement.

  • Current product or label photos when needed
  • Packing method for fragile or collectible items
  • Final quotation and payment instructions
  • Shipment or tracking details when available
05

Check rules in your destination market

Import duties, taxes, product rules and resale obligations vary by destination. This catalog does not provide legal, tax or customs advice. Confirm the requirements that apply to your own business before placing an international order.

Catalog details and displayed prices are references. Current stock, MOQ, final prices, freight and preparation time are confirmed during quotation before payment.
