Provide the destination first
A country or region is required before a useful freight estimate can be prepared. For the final quotation, the seller may also need the postal code, city and whether delivery is to a commercial or residential address.
If you already use a freight forwarder in China, say so in the enquiry. The quotation can then distinguish delivery to your forwarder from international delivery arranged by the seller.

Send the complete product mix
Freight cannot be estimated from order value alone. Booster boxes, gift sets, albums and accessories have different packed weights and volumes even when their product values are similar.
Add every required SKU and estimated quantity to one quote list. The order can then be packed and compared as a complete shipment instead of several unrelated products.
Compare available shipping methods
Express courier, air freight, sea freight and delivery to a buyer’s forwarder serve different order sizes and destinations. Availability and timing must be confirmed for the actual shipment.
Ask the quote to name the shipping service, freight amount, preparation estimate and available tracking information. A delivery estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Separate freight from import costs
Product value and international freight are quoted separately on this site. Duties, taxes, brokerage and local clearance requirements vary by destination and remain the buyer’s responsibility unless the final quote states otherwise.
Before payment, confirm the currency, product total, freight total, destination details and the party responsible for import clearance. Keep the final quotation with the payment and shipment records.
Catalog details identify the requested products, SKUs and option IDs. Current stock, MOQ, final prices, freight and preparation time are confirmed during quotation before payment.
